Experts
The FINPEDMED Experts are phycisians who treat children in Finland, or experts in other fields of science who are familiarized with paediatric pharmacotherapy or clinical research.
The Experts of FINPEDMED have registered into a shared Nordic Investigators Registry, NORDICPEDMED, which is managed by FINPEDMED. The network enables the investigators to affect the development of paediatric pharmacotherapy, by offering an opportunity to participate in designing clinical trials and participating in new clinical trials.
The membership of FINPEDMED network is voluntary and free of charge. There are no particular membership criteria. The Expert members work at pediatric clinics and departments in university hospitals or other hospitals. Some of them also work as investigators in universities. FINPEDMED members are committed to work and perform ethical and scientifically high-quality research in accordance with applicable legislation and the FINPEDMED operational model. The Members also respond to Service Requests received through the network.
